Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery.
  • You can also exchange items at our store.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
  • No cash refunds—only store credit is provided.
  • Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • To initiate a return, please fill out the return form (Click here).
  • The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
  • Our team will provide instructions on how and where to send the return.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds—only store credit is provided.
  • Refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases if the fault is at our end.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.

Damages & Issues

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report it to customer service within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

 

Zimal reserves the right to reject return requests if the policy is misused or if products are received with missing tags or packaging.
